ABOUT ME
I was born on a winter night in 1985 in Amasya, a quiet and beautiful city in northern Türkiye, known for its rich history and picturesque landscapes. After completing my primary and middle school education there, I moved to Sivas to attend Sivas Fen Lisesi — a step that marked the beginning of a new academic journey and exposed me to a more challenging and inspiring learning environment.
Later, I moved to Istanbul to study Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Istanbul University. This move not only shaped my career path but also introduced me to a vibrant city, new cultures, and different ways of thinking, helping me grow both personally and professionally.
After graduation, I began my professional career at Turkcell. Over the years, I had the privilege of working with leading organizations in the telecommunications and banking sectors, including Avea, Akbank, and Türkiye Finans, gaining invaluable experience across diverse teams and projects. Today, I serve as an Agile Coach and Trainer at Garanti BBVA, one of Türkiye’s most respected institutions, helping teams and leaders embrace Agile practices, improve collaboration, and achieve meaningful results.
Throughout my career, I have taken on a wide range of roles — from System Specialist to Business/System Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Lead, Agile Project Manager, Agile Coach/Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator. This diverse experience has given me a holistic understanding of teams and organizations and enables me to deliver practical, people-centered solutions.
Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about continuous learning, mentoring others, exploring innovative ideas, and finding ways to help individuals and teams thrive in an ever-changing world.
