At Garanti BBVA, I work as an Agile Coach, supporting teams, leaders, and departments in their transformation journey. My role is to help create an environment where collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement can thrive. I facilitate workshops, coach teams and leaders, and guide the adoption of Agile practices across the organization. By aligning strategy with execution and fostering a culture of openness and learning, I aim to enable sustainable agility and measurable business outcomes.
🧭 Enterprise Agile Coaching
I support organizations on their journey to become more adaptive, collaborative, and value-driven at scale. Enterprise Agile Coaching is not just about teaching frameworks—it’s about helping leaders and teams align strategy with execution, optimize processes, and build the right mindset. My focus is on making agility sustainable across the whole organization, so that teams don’t just deliver faster, but also deliver work that truly matters.
🤝 Team Coaching & Facilitation
I work closely with teams to help them improve the way they collaborate, communicate, and deliver value. Through hands-on coaching and interactive workshops, I guide teams in adopting Agile practices that truly fit their needs. My role is to create a safe space where ideas can flow, challenges can be discussed openly, and everyone feels part of the journey. The goal is simple: to build stronger, more engaged, and high-performing teams.
🎯 OKR Coaching
I support organizations and teams in defining clear, inspiring, and measurable Objectives and Key Results. As an OKR Coach, I help create alignment across different levels of the organization, ensure focus on what truly matters, and guide teams in building sustainable habits around goal-setting and tracking. Together, we not only set ambitious goals but also optimize the process of achieving them, turning OKRs into a practical tool for growth and impact.
🎓 Training
I design and deliver trainings at both foundation and advanced levels. Each workshop is hands-on, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs of the team, department, or business area. My goal is to provide not just theory, but practical tools and approaches that participants can immediately apply in their daily work.
📋 Project Management
I lead projects with an Agile mindset, focusing on flexibility, collaboration, and delivering value step by step. Instead of rigid plans, I help teams adapt quickly to change, optimize workflows, and keep the customer at the center of everything we do. My goal is to ensure projects move forward with clarity, efficiency, and a strong sense of shared ownership.

I bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, I work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze processes, and define clear, actionable solutions. My focus is on creating value — ensuring that every initiative aligns with strategic goals, optimizes processes, and delivers measurable impact for the organization.
